RETURNS POLICY

NEW TEXTBOOK RETURNS:
SECOND AND THIRD WEEK OF THE SEMESTER
MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00AM TO 4:00PM

New textbooks may be returned provided that they are in new condition, unread and unmarked and you have your receipt. After the initial refund period, new textbooks will be accepted for return provided they meet the established criteria and they are accompanied by proof of withdrawal from the course, up to the 40th class day.

A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Used textbooks and any custom courseware are not returnable at any time.

We regret that we cannot issue refunds for textbooks immediately before or during the exam periods.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
All opened shrink-wrapped packages, lab manuals, course packs, used textbooks, magazines, dissection kits, computer disks, CD’s, ink cartridges, calculators, cassettes, lab goggles and sale items.

GENERAL BOOKS:
General books may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase provided that you have a receipt and the items are in new, unused condition.

CLOTHING AND GIFT ITEMS:
May be returned within 7 days provided you have a receipt and the items are in new, unused condition. Defective merchandise is returnable for exchange or refund with a receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase.
