Accessibility

The University Bookstore, with the University of Guelph as a whole, is committed to an accessible and welcoming environment for all stakeholders of the University of Guelph. Subject to the limitations of our current infrastructure, the University Bookstore strives to create an inclusive space for all persons, regardless of their particular requirements.

Should a student require barrier-free access to the basement level (textbooks), where stairs may be a concern, the Bookstore provides a few options.

Students can elect to:

  • Order their books online and arrange for free in-store pickup at the main info desk (Visa/MC/Amex only).
  • Call the Bookstore at extension 53715 to order books and shipping or in-store pickup can be arranged.
  • Request staff assistance to access this level via the shipping/receiving area of the building.
  • Provide staff with a course list and preferred media (bound, looseleaf, used, digital) and we can pick them for you.

Should you have any concerns regarding accessibility, please do not hesitate to contact us through this website via telephone.
